My Thanksgiving Dinner was great! I helped my mom to cook the turkey
my brother Didi helped us cook too.I drew a picture of a teepee, a canoe, an Indian and a turkey.
Yesterday when I was in school, my classmates and I made Pilgrim boxes and Indian boxes and it was fun! we said a Thanksgiving poem, it goes like this.
If I were a pilgrim child dressed in white or gray,I shall catch my turkey wild for Thanksgiving day! I woud pick my cranberriess fresh from a bog and make a table of a stump and sit upon a log! An Indian will be my guest and wear a crimsom feather and we will clasp our hands and say Thanksgiving grace togeter. But I was born in modern time and shall not have this joy my cranberries will be deliverd by the grocery boy, my turkey will be served upon a shiny silver platter; it will not taste as wild game taste though it will be much fatter but and oh of all the guests that come not one of them will wear mocassins upon their feet or feathers in their hair!
Have a Great Thanksgiving!

Add together numbers like 6, 7, 8 and 9 by using facts that we know, such as 6=5+1. So to make addition more efficient we can think of these numbers as ‘5 and a bit’. First adding the 5, then the ‘bit’. In this activity the player will need to partition two such numbers before they add them together.
